If this person really was a vet she would know cats “call” aprox every three weeks or one month for about five days only then will a female allow a male to mate with her… This is just a message to spay your female cat and neuter your male to stop thousands of kittens being put to sleep unnessasrly every year… Its a sad thing but DONT LIE ABOUT CATS MAKING THEM SOUND LIKE A PEST THAT CANT BE CONTROLED a good idea would be to keep you pet indoors and only by from a registed breeder or shelter!
